To purchase from iiNKED, you must qualify as a trade or wholesale client and hold a registered and active ABN. Please note – pricing at iiNKED is fixed to service industry only customers.
All new accounts must commence on proforma* status and are subject to a minimum first order of $500+GST (excluding freight costs).
* The Proforma payment agreement is when full payment of order and freight, if applicable, is required for commencement of manufacture of framed prints and dispatching of goods.
By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our T&Cs and as such, are bound by them.
iiNKED reserves the right to cease trade should our T&Cs not be adhered to.
When selecting art profiles, please ensure full consideration is taken with regards to how the piece/s will present within the space. Carefully review the area the art will be positioned in from all room angles, ensure the wall background i.e. paint colour, wallpaper hue/pattern or other, is complimentary for your chosen piece. Consider reflections occurring from both natural and artificial lighting sources, including window exposure. Any negative impact to the presentation of the works arising from such, will not be considered the responsibility of iiNKED.
Similarly, when iiNKED acts on behalf of the Interior Designer, we are unable to accept any responsibility for client change of mind or dissatisfaction of the installed product within in its allocated environment.
Following the selection of your artwork, a quotation will be created and forwarded to you via email. This will outline your proposed order inclusions, all related costs and an estimated leadtime based on your specific material and volume requirements.
You may request amendment to this at any time, prior to creation of an Invoice.
All prices are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
Upon iiNKED receiving your approval of the issued quotation, an invoice will be raised with all final order details.
It is your responsibility to check all specifications of the order, prior to payment. Please take the time to properly review your choices and ensure that all information contained is correct. Note that all order details outlined on the invoice are considered final.
Payment of this invoice must be made according to the Proforma agreement, unless alternative terms have been agreed upon and confirmed with the Director, Roberto Iaccino.
Once an Order has been accepted, no cancellation of that Order is valid, unless you receive our written communication endorsing the cancelled order.
Non-acceptance of an order from our end may be a result of one of the following: our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment or you not meeting the eligibility to order, as set out in ‘Account Eligibility’. In both instances, we will endeavour to notify you promptly.
All requests for cancellation of orders that are on back order only, must be made in writing (email is accepted), sent attention to your iiNKED art specialist, who will then confirm this via return email. Please note – this option is not applicable to orders that are in transit or already framed.
Turn around time for iiNKED orders is approximately 4 – 6 weeks from acceptance of Invoice and receipt of required payment.
If an order is required prior to this timeframe (less than 4 weeks), and approved by management, the proforma* payment will be necessary. This is subject to supplier stock levels and availability.
We will endeavour to accommodate where possible, but please consider the above when determining deadlines and managing delivery expectations with your clients.
iiNKED is able to recommend preferred fittings and the best practices for hanging your artworks, however iiNKED does not take responsibility for any damage incurred to your goods or property during the installation process.
We recommend that a Hanger is acquired for pieces over 1.5 metres.

Supply and delivery
Collection of goods directly from our Studio/Gallery is available for less than 5 items. Please coordinate this with the art specialist you are dealing with.
Should you choose our recommended couriers; a delivery date and tracking number will be supplied.
All deliveries are marked as ‘signature on delivery’, therefore you must ensure that a responsible party is available to receive and sign for the goods and inspect them at the time of the delivery.
Whilst we do engage premium couriers, any damage encountered during transit will not be the responsibility of iiNKED. This needs to be addressed with the courier company directly.
iiNKED will not take responsibility for lost or stolen goods during a delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that specific address directions, correct delivery details and adequate access to the property is provided, prior to despatch.
iiNKED cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by a third-party delivery contractor.
Please choose wisely. iiNKED does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or unsuitable/incorrect order of product for the space or project. You have a 48 hour window to unpack and make sure the product is 100% in satisfactory condition. Miss handling the product will result to the frame to move from corners therefore as mentioned about please handle with care.
Claims of faulty and damaged goods need to be lodged the same day of the delivery. You must include photographic evidence and any other relevant proof of the alleged defect/fault for future inspection. iiNKED will then assess the claim accordingly.
Please be aware – Our frame mouldings are natural in nature and as such, may incur some slight pattern or colour variation. We do our best to keep any changes to a minimum, however please keep in mind that any slight differences will not warrant a return or refund in this instance.
iiNKED provide a 12-month warranty on all artworks.
Please note – we do reserve the right to void your warranty, should the following occur:
- the product has not been used/maintained in accordance with instructions.
- Incorrect installation has resulting in damage.
- The product is used in the incorrect manner.
- Repairs to the product have been carried out or attempted.
The ‘buyer’ agrees that iiNKED Artwork should not be reproduced for any reason. (Image licencing agreement is required). Our art is sourced from around the world and locally, we advertise and display images for inspiration, certain artist require consent to sell therefore we contact direct to respect the artist and have a transparent relationship. Our suppliers such as Top Art, Wild Apple, Unsplash, Grand Image, World art Group are amongst many we have relationships with.
iiNKED Artwork should not be sold direct to the public. This includes via all mediums; online stores, social media and through third party websites.
Important to note
Whilst we endeavour to update our clients with any price increases, they may occur without notification on occasion, as supplier pricing is subject to change.
Artwork selected may not be available as collections are renewed and discontinued from time to time. We will do our best to make alternative recommendations and accommodate where possible.
Should your choice of paper stock or frame be unavailable at the time of order, it will be placed as back order. In which case, it will be dispatched upon supplies becoming available.
